Xavier Aniton
Head Coach
Xavier is a proud Shaker Heights graduate (Class of 2016), where he rowed on the program's first men's team and served as its fourth captain. He went on to row at Jacksonville University, where he was again a team captain and earned a degree in Communication and Media Studies. After serving as an assistant coach with Dallas United Crew, Xavier returned to Shaker and is now in his second year as head coach. He is also Director of Outreach for The Foundry.
Lincoln Luzar
Assistant Coach
Lincoln is a proud Shaker Heights graduate (Class of 2019), where he was a four-year rower, captain of the men’s crew team, and former team record holder in 1k and 2k. He briefly rowed at the University of Wisconsin and is passionate about all things sports and fitness-related. Coach Luzar is a graduate of Ohio State University with a degree in History, specializing in Ancient Greek cultural history and European military history.
Elinor Bragaw
Assistant Coach
Elinor is an Associate Rowing Coach at the Foundry with a USRowing Level Two Coaching Certification. She assists the SHHS team on a part-time basis.
Jake Wade
Assistant Coach
Jake is a rower and coach for Western Reserve Rowing Association and has coached for JCU. He assists the SHHS team on a part-time basis.
Morgan Clark
Assistant Coach
Morgan is a head coach at the Western Reserve Rowing Association (WRRA) located in Cleveland, Ohio. She supports the SHHS team on a part-time basis.
